4.3. All agreements, deadlines, deliverables, and payments are the responsibility of the Freelancer and Client. TaskViper.com is not a party to these agreements.
4.4. TaskViper.com does not guarantee the quality of work delivered by Freelancers or timely payments by Clients.

5. Payments and Fees

5.1. Clients agree to pay Freelancers for services rendered through TaskViper.com’s payment system.
5.2. TaskViper.com may charge service fees for transactions processed on the Platform.
5.3. Freelancers may be subject to withdrawal fees when withdrawing earnings.
5.4. TaskViper.com is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from transactions on the Platform. Users must comply with their local tax laws.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1. Clients and Freelancers are encouraged to resolve disputes directly.
6.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved, users may contact TaskViper.com support for mediation.
6.3. TaskViper.com reserves the right to make a final decision on disputes if necessary.
6.4. Our decision is final, and both parties agree to abide by it.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:
7.1. Engage in fraudulent activities, including chargebacks or false claims.
7.2. Post illegal, offensive, or misleading content.
7.3. Use the Platform to solicit personal information or conduct unauthorized transactions.
7.4. Attempt to bypass TaskViper.com’s payment system.
7.5. Spam, harass, or abuse other users.
7.6. Impersonate another user or misrepresent qualifications.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Intellectual Property
