1. Definitions
- Client: A registered user who posts projects and seeks to hire Freelancers.
- Freelancer: A registered user who offers services and completes work for Clients.
- User: Any individual or entity using the platform, whether as a Client or Freelancer.
- Project: Any job or task posted by a Client to be completed by a Freelancer.
- Escrow: Funds held securely by TaskViper on behalf of Clients, to be released upon work completion.
2. Eligibility
To use TaskViper.com, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Agree to comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations
3. User Accounts
- You must create an account to use most features.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
- TaskViper reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach our terms.
4. Marketplace Rules
- All communication and payments must occur through TaskViper.
- Clients must pay Freelancers through the platform’s integrated payment system.
- Freelancers must complete the agreed-upon work within the specified timeframe.
5. Payments and Fees

- You provide false information
- We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
9. Intellectual Property
- All content posted by users remains their intellectual property.
- By posting content, you grant TaskViper a non-exclusive license to use, display, and promote that content on the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
Adsolute.co.uk Limited and TaskViper.com shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Platform downtime or data loss
We provide the platform “as is” without warranties of any kind.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TaskViper and Adsolute.co.uk Limited from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
